Inter Counties 10k Brighton 18 November 2018
Selection for this event will take place at the Kent 10k Championship on 16 September at the Larkfield 10k. The first two men and women will automatically be selected with the next two men and women selected from the next ten in each gender plus any wildcard applicants that cannot make the Larkfield 10k. The selected team will be published on 26th October. Wildcards should be sent via email to kentaaselect@gmail.com with reasons for the selectors to consider.
