The second race of the Assembly League series was run at Victoria Park in some fine weather for running. Twelve Harriers signed the entry form and ran in a huge field which many thought must have been close to a record. Whilst the results are still shown as provisional and team results are not available at this time, it’s clear that there were some good performances by Harriers, especially Andy Inglis and James MacDonald, who came in the top 30.
The next meeting will be on Thursday 7th June at Battersea Park, meeting at the park bandstand for a 7.30pm start.
