Ron Allison awarded Medallist of the Order of the British Empire

Cambridge Harrier Ron Allison has been recognised in the 2017 Queen’s Birthday Honours List. Ron has been awarded Medallist of the Order of the British Empire for Services to Athletics.

Ron has been a pivotal coaching figure in the club for over 40 years and he has coached countless athletes across many decades. Ron still coaches many athletes on a regular basis.
