World Masters Indoor T & F Championships, Gainesville, Florida (23-30 Mar.)
Chris Loudon (M40), Wole Odele (M60) and Ros Tabor (W75), who have all moved into new age groups for this year, travelled to the World Masters Indoor Championships in Gainesville, Florida, coming away with seven medals between them.
Chris had an excellent championships winning silver in the 800m removing close to two seconds from his personal best with 1:57.48s. Chris ran another PB (8:39.08s) to take bronze in the 3000m.

Wole was also in great form taking bronze in the 400m (58.25s) having broken his own age group club record in the heats with 57.79s. It was a 5th place finish in the 200m final in 26.49s bettering the club record. On the final day of the championships Wole picked up relay gold in the M60+ 4 x 200m and relay silver in the Mixed 60+ 4 x 200m.

Ros Tabor, who is a regular at masters championships abroad, secured bronze medals in the 6k cross county and over 3000m (15:02.86s). She also contested the 800m finishing 5th in 3:36.53s and the 1500m where she was 7th with 7:16.51s.

Dave Bradley: Ross Carter and Phil Pape attended a celebration at the Evening Star Brighton of the life of Dave Bradley. Lots of great stories about this character were shared and people just kept coming over to talk about him. So we are going to have our own evening to reminiscence on Thursday 10th April from 7pm at the British Oak, 109 Old Dover Road, SE3 8SU. All welcome and there will be a selection of photos available for anyone who wants them. Please feel free to bring any photos etc.
