Reigate Priory Cross Country Relays, Reigate
Grey, misty and wet was the order of the day for the Reigate Relays on Saturday, reports Danny Easton. Luke Ford, Bobby Babaker, Danny Easton and Tarbo Fukazawa toed the line for the event which returned to Priory Park for the 66th time.
A hilly course: a mixture of grass, path and field of just over 2.5 miles was challenging, at times technical and a lot of fun.
A gutsy start from Luke on first leg had us up to 10th place, Bobby ran the teams fastest leg getting us up to 6th, Danny managed to hold on to some of it before Tarbo closed things out with a fantastic speedy run.
We look forward to returning next year!
Results: 9th Team - 1:05:49. Luke 16:02, Bobby 15:19, Danny 17:54 & Tarbo 16:34.
